You had only to read one of the posters to fi that a big election is coming up, Miss ECSC and the Student Council officers will be elected. Who will win? Only you, the prospective voter can decide. While this is not a national election, it carries the basic idea of one. Many of you who are not yet able to vote can profit fro election. You are able to listen to the campaign speeches, follow the debates and decide which candidate is best. Elizabeth City State College 1s now proving the fact that at college you learn more than bookish things, you learn how to be a good citizen and ® good citizen votes. This election ie a good opportunity for you to think, reason draw your own conclusions. It gives you an opportunity to practice your daily franchaise, voting.
