the hospital for more brain
surgery. His album, “BODY
HEAT”, is still on the rise. The
MIDNIGHT SPECIAL wUl soon
begin to air specials, first of all

COCKER. JOHNNY AND
EDGAR WINTER, THE O’JAYS,
JAMES BROWN, MARVIN
GAYE and many more. They
have also announced that they
will expand to FM Stereo by nejrt
February (IN CONCERT,
already has). JUNE POINTER
(POINTER SISTERS) is back in
the hospital again (Third time in
six months). The LIVINGSTON
MARCHING BEARS have
almost trippled from their last
year band enrollment (mostly
brasses). They have a BIG
SOUND and look good. But....
still have not quite reached the
status of WINSTON-SALEM
STATE UNIVERSITY
MARCHING RAMS BAND!!!
They tried very hard and did an
excellent job. But.... actually
improved since last year. That
hot Saturday afternoon, the stand
music told the difference. Maybe
some day some one will come up
with the SECRET of THE
MARCHING RAMS
HOMECOMING ’74 at WSSU wiU
be the pinnacle of all
Homecomings in the History of
the School. Please don’t go home
to MOTHER... Stick around, tell

This verse seems to typify the
character of the Libran, bom
between September 24th and
October 23rd, and symbolized by
the scale, which represents
balance.
Libra is one of the air signs,
and this influence shows in the
high ideals and goals of the
Libran. Often aspiring for the
intangible and unreachable, the
Libran strives for an impossible
level of perfection.
The balance represents a love
of equality in the Libran
character. He is a strong
supporter of universal
brotherhood and universal
equality based on the rights of
man. TTiis balance is also seen in
the Libran’s lifestyle, he adopts
the golden mean, the happy
mean is also present in the
