McCaskill, Jacksonville, Fla.: Yes, Black History Month is impor tant because we need to know from whence we have come. To my Black brothers and sisters: love each other while you have each other and may God bless. Richard Carson, Shelby, N.C.: I feel that Black History Month is extremely vital to the Black society because it allows us as Black Americans to review our past and to become more knowledgeable about the great contributions that our ancestors made to our scoiety. It also allows other Richard Carson races to become aware of the significant contributions of Black people in virtually all aspects of life. Wayne Richardson, Wilmington, N.C.: Yps, I feel that Black History Month is very important. I just wish that more students on campus would realize how im portant it is. The Student Union has devoted a lot of time in planning activities for the students so I urge each student on campus to participate as much as possible.
