But what is different this time is that it will be done completely online. Rama is an online journal for students at WSSU. This reincarnation of the school's former literary maga zine, which slowed down after 1977 and came to a stop soon thereafter, features poetry, drama, reviews and essays written by students. Dr. David Siar, an English pro fessor in the Department of English and Foreign Languages, is leading the charge to revamp RAMA «jcw.F>U!fl of SUtd£k*-t C{>*UrtbKtors Anom kAMA I | Kny’tWilXM)!. By Janell J. Lewis ARGUS REPORTER There is no doubt as to what the mascot of WSSU is. Everyone is constantly reminded of the mascot from such establishments as Ram Commons and the Ram Shack. Collis Everson, the manag er of Rams Commons, and his company kept this in mind when they came up with a convenience store named after WSSU's mascot, Amon 11. Amon Cafe is a convenience store for stu dents living in Ram Commons. Since its official opening Sept. 16, there have been mixed reviews. Geoffrey Williams, a junior, says the store has a good variety and is very convenient. "Prices are reasonable, so a lot of people don't have to go far," he said. Convenient is exactly what the store is. Holly Bacher, an employee of Amon's Cafe, said the store "saves aggravation, time, and gas." Bacher also added, "Mr. Everson has put everything together by himself and is a very hard-working man." See STORE, Page 4
