He was a visiting guest direc tor last year at the School of the Arts before being appointed Dean of the School of Drama, and he is now in residence at the School of the Arts. He will direct for Papp again in the summer. MR. GREENE TO SPEAK .AT WED. SEMINAR Mr. William Greene, science, mathematics and philosophy of science teacher at NCSA, will be the featured speaker at the Religion and Arts Seminar on November 15. The program will be held at 8:30 p.m. in the girls' dorm itory. Suggested topic for the seminar is "Science and Religion", however students will have the prerogative of introducing other points for discussion. Holding his Master's degree, Mr. Greene has attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of New Zealand, and Cambridge University in Cambridge, Eng land. COLLEGE ACADEMIC FACULTY MEETING The College Academic Faculty met Monday* November 7, to discuss the students progress and make recommendations for advising the stu dents. Each member agreed to counsel a certain number of students who need assistance in the academic program. The academic faculty announced that they are pleased with the co-operation of many of the students and are eager to help stu dents who need assistance. CURRICULUM COMMITTEE MEETS Tuesday, November 8, the Curriculum Committee met to discuss administrative policies and the curriculum as a whole. Members of the committee include Mr. Lindgren, Mr. Kenestrick, Mr. Kimzey, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Farrow, Mr. Rush, Mrs. Bennett, and Dr. Easley.
