I ;end my thanks to Ditched in and made the slave mar- et, the cafeteria supper and the Dpen-house come off as well as they did. I would especially like to chank the members of the Student Government Association for their work and consideration. It is important that all of you understand exactly what we accom plished this week-end--and why. As you know, suggestions, "beefs" and other comments were hashed around during your division meetings with your representative. These ideas were then brought back to the S.G.A. Meeting on Wednesday. One complaint was that room inspection in the boys dorm was revealing a somewhat less- than-desirable situation. Another suggestion was for "open houses" in the dormitories. Still another idea concerned decorating the cafeteria The S.G.A. met these ideas with a few exciting ones of their own. Thus, the slave market was planned that the boys rooms would be for so that the boys cleaned--the money freshments at the going tor re- open house in the boys' dormitory after supper and en- tainment in the decorated portion of the school cafeteria. The significant thing in all of this was that 1± was totally planned and executed by you, the Henry Moody knocks 'em dead. If you enjoyed the cafeteria, and the entertainment Sunday night, speak to your representative and we'll try to set this up permanent ly. We cannot do it without your help! And now that the boys'dorm has been cleaned . if an effort is made to keep it that way, open houses will become permanent fea tures. It is entirely in the hands of our student body. As long as we show that we can plan, organize and execute these activities properly-- the faculty will back our requests for other improvements. "Today the pits - tomorrow the wrinkles!"
