Rickey Hill's dedication to his team is obvious. Just this year Rickey soent $4,000 out of his pocket on new uniforms for the , team, which they wore to Nation als. ■‘This year's trip was the best trip I have ever had with a team” said Hill. At the beginning of year he had the team set individual and team goals. Overall the goal for the team was to hit the routine with no regrets and to make it look good. “Competing at Na tionals is not for me, it’s for the kids, it’s up to them if they go or not” said Hill.
