LONG SERVICE EMPLOYEES PRESENTED WATCHES For a number of years, it has been the policy of our company to present a watch to the supervisor or office employee with the longest period of continuous service. This policy was begun when the company was smaller and the watch was presented when the supervisor completed his 25 years with the company. With the growth of the company and the increasing number of employees who have been with the company fora quarter of a century, or more, the policy was changed this year to reward with a watch all those supervisors and office employees who have been continuously employed 25 years, or more. In the upper left, Mr. J. E. Millis looks on as their watches are admired by C. B. Owen, James Lowe and H. C, Siske, all of Plant #2. On the extreme right is J. M. Pendry of Plant #3, and behind Pendry is James H. Millis, president. In the upper right picture are Bill Sink, R. M. Boyles, Bob Stewart, Zeb Rush and Bob Jones, all of Plant #7, with their watches. Lower left, J. H. Millis makes the presentation to Howard Young, Ollie Clark and John Vanhoy of Plant #4. Lower right, Mr. J. E. Millis recognizes Harvey Paschal, Bob Bates and Bascom Loflin of Plant #1.
