COMMITTEE STUDIES QUALITY CONTROL
Members of the Quality Control Committee of Plant #4 report their findings
to Superintendent R. L. Boyles, extreme left, and Superintendent Howard Young,
second from right. Members of the committee, left to right, are Mildred Lin-
ville, Dorothy McGee, Helen Wilson, P. C. McLain, Donald Stevens, Margaret
Jones and Paul Shore, chairman of the committee.
The Quality Control Committee is made up of employees of each department
on a rotating basis. The purpose of rotating is to give more employees an op
portunity to study the problems of Quality Control and to learn the difficulties
encountered in other departments. In this manner, through a spirit of together
ness, our quality can be improved.
The Quality Control Committee does not take the place of, nor relieve the
functions of, our regular Quality Control procedures which utilize many and
varied techniques of continuously evaluating and reporting quality of production.
