His thinking is quick. . .his temper very slow (usually). He's a genius with metals, blue prints and dies. We consider his opinions and decisions quite wise. He rolls up his sleeves, with his tie all a mess. . . Then onto the casting machine he crawls with the rest. Then at his desk, he'll sit and he'll think, "How can we get this business in the pink? " I know he grows tired, but seldom it shows. . . More than likely you'll notice a smile that just glows. Although business is the rule in our office here. He always has time for consolation and cheer. There's rarely a problem that he can not thoughtfully solve. . . No matter who or what it just might involve. The best boss in the world, though strict when it matters. . . 1*11 never \mderstand how he endures our chatter. Earle is one name--and Rearwin the other-- Just don't call him "Erwin"--you're in trouble, oh brother! ! ! Yes, we all love him and salute him so The credit's due Earle Rearwin, the man you all should know. 10 - - - Anonymous
