Rose MAC Panel Company MAC/netic Tape Division I Year: Bob Green Carol Thompson was crowned this year's Homecoming Queen of Allen Jay High School during the football season; she has also been chosen as an attend- ^ ant to Miss Aln-Ja- Hi. Carol, a senior at Allen Jay, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Thompson. Bob is machine Casting Operator Of The Month Again this month, it was a very difficult task to choose one particular man for the title of "Die Casting Operator of the Month." However, after much consideration and thought, we have chosen a man who is very capable and well qualified to hold this much sought after title. This man is James R. White, second-shift operator. James is always found at the ma chine, ladle in hand, keeping things running smoothly and getting the job done well. His production average is well over 100% of the standard. We are pleased to name Jim as our choice of operators this month. He lives with his family at 400 Shady Lane in High Point and has been em ployed in the die casting division since August 20, 1962. Our hats are off to Jim White. shop supervisor for Adams-Millis Cor poration. In addition to being recognized as a beauty queen, Carol is also a mem ber and social chairman of the Beta Club and a member and reporter of the Future Business Leaders of Amer ica. She is chief cheerleader, business manager of the yearbook, and has been chosen as "Best Leader" in the senior class. Last year, she served as a marshall and this summer represented Allen Jay at Tarheel Girls State. -16-
