We wonder how many that got bit had had the flu shots ? At least, seeing all the empty machines standing, makes you glad you had yours, for quite a few have been out. Seems those hardest hit were Billie Dunbar, Dot Bottoms, and Jack McKinsey. Good to see them back well and hearty. Glad to see Barbara Sechriest back too, after her hospital stay. We're happy to report Pug Thomas and Bill Hunt, husbands of Ruth and Georgia, are at home after their ex tensive hospital treatment. We can't help but wonder why Lib Sink was so quite onher "39th" birthday ? Reasons for happiness; Wedding anniversaries for: Cloyd and Ruth Coffey, who re turned to the "scene of the crime" to celebrate their 30th anniversary Lib and Bill Sink married 30 years and Phyllis and Rupert Jones celebrating their 19th year of wedded bliss! Con gratulations ! ! Dot Bottoms attending the "500" race in Florida Stork shower for Mildene McKaskill Wanda Owens and Virginia Voncannon back at work after maternity leaves Mildred Crowson's marriage to Robert Hill Rebecca Southern becoming Mrs. Gilbert Dale Metters Faye Smith, our bowler, among those honored to play in the High Point Women's Bowling Association Dorcas Thomas, short skirt and all bright eyed in the morning on the 3rd shift. Nice to see Frances Grubb back, too Claude Eddinger smiling when he "visits" the boarding department Bill Sink reading agriculture news, preparing for his spring planting Please remember in your prayers, "Slim" Boyles, who is a hospital patient. - 11 Miss Rebecca Southern and Gilbert Dale Metters were married on March 16 at the First Church of the Nazarene. The couple are making their home at 1119 Cedrow. Rebecca is employed in the boarding department of plant #7. SAMPLE ROOM Modell Stamey has returned from visiting Orlando, Florida; while there she visited the Cyprus Gardens, Bok Tower and other places of interest. Ruth Paige is back after a case of the flu. Glad to have her back! We are happy to welcome Margaret Russell to the Sample Room. She was transferred from the Pointer. SOUTHERN DIE CASTING Everyone is happy to hear that Jewel Reynolds of the Secondary De partment has returned home from her stay in the hospital and is recovering nicely. Hurry and get well Jewel! ! ! Also, we miss Raymond Branch of the Casting Department who was discharged from the hospital. Raymond has been out of work due to a back in jury. Hope to have you back with us very soon Raymond!
