No serious injuries were reported in Plant #4 last year; only two resulted in payment for loss of time. The greatest cause of acci dents for Plant #4 last year was im proper procedure --not doing the job in the proper manner. The committee also studied a report of the inspector for the insurance company, which re port recommends that all electric fans be provided with guards which willpre- vent operators from reaching their hands into the fans. The recipe below is a good all-purpose barbecue sauce--and especially good with pork. Bar-B-Que Sauce 1/8 cup vinegar 3/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon red pepper 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt Mix all together and let come to a boil, add tomato catsup to taste.
