banks. They visited Cape Hatteras and Manteo. Mary Cookston visited her parents in Bridgeport, Alabama. Both Dorcas Thomas and Lucy Tickle spent vacations at Myrtle Beach. Elaine Smith and family went to Gatlinburg, Tennessee and toured the mountains while on vacation, Elease Jolly went to Long Beach, Florida and had a wonderful time. Lucy Beck spent her vacation at High Rock Lake. Willie Young and his wife enjoyed a trip to Wilmington, Southport and Carolina Beach in North Carolina. Mona McCormick is back to work after being out several months with a broken hip. It's good to have her back. Bessie Black, Lottie Davis and Bobby Pryor, all of the Seamiig De partment, have returned also after having been out due to illness. But, we're sorry that Rosa Parrish, who has been out for some time, still isn't able to return. Hope she can be back soon. Congratulations and best wishes to Betty Bugg and Jimmy Warren who were married on July 17. Betty is in the Panty Hose Department. In the Knitting Department, Roy Barrow and David Jones have return ed after having been in the hospital. Glad they're back. Good luck to Don Spell, fixer, who left recently for other employ ment. Don had been in the Knitting Department for nine years. Needless to say, he will be missed. Plant 8: Spec. 4 Farrell Brewer, son of Pauline Brewer, has just returned home from a tour of duty in Vietnam, Pauline is em ployed in the tape plant of the MAC Panel Division. Helen Widener and her family spent their vacation in Florida, visit ing with Helen's son, Larry, who is stationed at McDill Field Air Force Base in Tampa. He will be home soon for a thirty-day leave before going to Vietnam. Priscilla Brown and her husband have just returned from a vacation in Washington and Virginia Beach. Evelyn Bullard, her husband and her son, Mike, spent their vacation at Morehead City. Both Evelyn and Mike are employed in the tape depart ment. Main Office: Our congratulations and best wishes to Rebecca Kennedy and Larry Spainhour who were married July 13 at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church.
