OFFERS PROGRAM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS The High Point Y. W, C. A. offers a pro gram for the care of senior citizens sixty years of age and older. The program provides care for elderly family members who cannot be left alone during working hours .thereby reducing ab senteeism for the working members of the family. The senior citizen care center is open dar ing first-shift hours, Monday through Friday. Noonmealsand snacks are served and transpor tation can be arranged. A registered nurse is on duty. Cost of this service will be based on the salary and the number of persons in the fam ily. A varied program, including handicrafts, movies, and trips, is offered for the interest of those senior citizens participating. This is a Y. W. C.
