Black Team Leads Bowling;
Roach Has Highest Average
The Black Team maintained its lead in Anvil Brand’s bowl
ing league with 25 games won to 11 losit at the close of the
first half of the season. In second place is Red Team with 21
won to 15 lost. Green Team is third with 19 won, seventeen
lost and the Blues are fourth with 16 won to 20 lost. The
Purples are next to the bottom, having won 14 and losing 22.
The Whites are in the bottom slot with 13 won to 23 lost.
However, the picture could
change considerably in the last
half of the season and Anna Mc
Kinney urged the bowlers to sup
port their teams regularly when
bowling starts again after Christ
mas. And, remember, the bowl
ers are going to wind up next
Spring with a grand celebration
at Plantation Supper Club!

of Tennessee. It appears Ken will
follow in his father’s footsteps
in his love of sports and interest
in people.

mighty optimistic and feel they’ll
soon hit their winning streak!
