Auditorium at 10 a.m Nov. 4.
Charles H. Gilchrist will direct the
NCCU Choir as they perform a selec
tion of spirituals and hymns which
recall the troubles and triumphs of the
University during its early years,
through the life of its founder, Shepard,
and into the present.

NAACP
has new
attitude

The NAACP is creating a new wave
of enthusiasm on the campus of North
CarolinaCentral University. Although
the OTganization has not enjoyed the
best past, the current members are try
ing to create a totally new image of the
campus ch^ter.
There was a meeting at the A. E.
Student Union on OcL 26 to inform the
members of upcoming events. Later,
Eugene Omar Pettis discussed several
issues in an int^iew.

Radio station
postponed

the broadcast debut of WNCU FM
90.7 (NCCU’s campus radio station)
has been postponed again until spring
1995.
