Dr. Jesus ]>. Ceballos of the Phili])-
])ines holds de>j:i'ees from the Thiiver-
sity of Santo (’arlos, Cebu, and the
University of Santo Tornas in Manila,
lie saw service in both the Phili[>pine
Army and the Army of the United
States. He is the father of five chil
dren. Aside from his professional
duties as Actinr-Director of Bohol
Provincial Ilos])ital, Bohol, P. 1., Dr.
Ceballos partici])ates actively in var
ious Philip])ine medical and eivic
OT-fjauizatious.
Dr. Tzunfr-liian^ Su of Formosa
is Sup(U-intendent-Medical Director of
Taiwan Provincial Tainan T. B. Con
trol Center in Tainan, Formosa, and
in addition to his tuberculosis control
work must superintend a two hundred
bed sanatoritim. Dr. Su received his
medical deforce from Taihoku Im-
j)erial University (under .lajianese
rule the name "iven to the National
Taiwan University Medical School).
Dr. Sn's [>rimary interest since fjrad-
uation from medical school has been
in the field of tuberculosis. Like Dr.
Ceballos, Dr. Su does his ])art for
various mc'dical and civic >jrou))s.
Back in the western hemisi)here,
Mr. Thelmo T. Falope comes to Duke
from Tefjncif'alpa, Honduras. Km-
