Physical Therapy Eleanor Flanagan was responsible for the fine program on Extrapyrami- dal Nervous System Diseases at the spring meeting of the North Carolina Physical Therapy Association in Ra- leigli, April 29. At the business session, she was elected to a two-year term as vice-president of the North Carolina chapter. Ellie also went to Asheville to be with tlie department exhibit at the North Carolina Medical Association meeting May 6-10. Helen Kaiser and Grace Horton at tended the American Physical Thera py Association 0\"R sponsored work shop on “Education for Physical Therapists” held at the University of Oklahoma, April 17. Miss Kaiser also attended a meeting of physical thera py s2hool directors in Washington May 5-6, and a conference in Atlanta May 11-12 on the Education of the Cerebral Palsied child. Emy Villaneuva, one of our 1959 graduates, returned to our staff in April, after working a year and a half in Puerto Rico. Bill Sclimidt, wlio has been with us this spring on a part-time basis, is now working full time.
