For tliose who are considering contributions to the 1966 Cancer Crusade, it might be interesting to note that during 1965 there were 15 grants at Duke University Medical Center for cancer research supported 1)}' the American Cancer Society. The total value of these grants was $327,123. Of this total about $155,000 was spent during the year. The total contrilnition to the ACS from Durham County in 1965 was $11,200. ilrs. Ililburn and Mrs. Ayscue of iledical Records and Harrj- Miles of the Department of Ophthalmology are shown in the Carousel Room, a pleasant and popular area for coffee breaks and meals.
