Curtis, Elizabeth Jones, Sarah Pugh and Georgia Jones, (photo by Jim Wallace) Employe Training Set Classes at the University's Employe Training and Development Center are set to get underway the week of September 22. The center offers courses in secretarial skills, supervisory development, manage ment development, a variety of occupa tional specialties and a high school com pletion program. Course listings were distributed to em ployes along with their September 12 pay checks. Employes must obtain permission to take a course from their supervisor. Per sonnel participating in job-related classes will be paid their regular wage while they are attending the center program. A new course not listed in the center's catalogue has been added for hospital charge nurses. It is titled "Motivation and Patient Care." Employes interested in more informa tion on any of the center's classes should call Employe Relations at the Training Center, 286-7942. Nursing service held a special recep tion for its employes who have been with the department for 15 years or more July 23. Mrs. Verna Sticht, acting director for nursing service, made the presentations. Those not pictured above who also were recognized included the following: R.
