Phonograph records nd tapes permit the learner easy stimulation of his hearing faculties. J PHOTOGRAPHIC AND PRINTING SERVICES - The most recent services for students and faculty are the photographic and show-card printing service which Margaret Johnson is demonstrating. The latter provides the possibility to provide attractive and interesting signs and posters for the Library, students’ activities, faculty announcements and many other information notes. The photographic services provide historical records of the college, pictures and slides for classroom use, pictures for the newspapers, and more. A tlitto a Armefda may be used for making tran^>ar® *nimeograph stencils, and remilar sheet copying- PERIODICAL INDEXES - Faculty and staff cooperation is most essential for students in any educational process, since as much or more learning takes place outside the formal classroom. Periodical indexes are the keys to the miriad weekly, monthly, and c-iarterly serial publications needed to keep a good student informed of the latest happenings. Mr. Erwin of the English Department and Mr Thompson aid several students here. AUDIO-VISUAL SERVICES - A little known and understMd service of the Learning Resources Center is the providing of Audio-Visual equipment for faculty members to use in presenting materials of all types for in or out of classroom instruction. K. M. Simmons helps deliver the equipment. BOOK COLLECTIONS - Over 25,000 book volumes are available for students to supplement their classroom mstruction and repeat,omd reading The Library of Congress Classification system aids Alice Davis m finding a book in the Library’s reUgious section. ^hind Amefda may be used for making trait niimeograph stencils, and regular sheet copying-
