Editorial New Acting President Aboard It is my wish and the wish of the other Ram si Horn staff members that SCC have a paper that the school can be proud of. I feel that a student paper can and should be a communication link between the students and also the students and faculty and the community. .^ ^ j u The student paper is published for and by the students of SCC. The Ram’s Horn staff is composed of students interested in the important and in teresting functions which take place on and around the SCC campus. They are students interested in what is happening, and work diligently to make it possible for each SCC student to know the inside story. The Ram’s Horn is a student oriented paper. You and your objectives are what make it a student paper. I would like to say that each student at SCC has the right to express his opinion, as long as it is not stated in an utterly profound form of the word or that it is not outrightly infringing on the rights of others. In our paper, the Freedom of Speech and Press will be denied to no one. Color, Creed, and Religion make and are represented by each student who chooses to attend SCC. You the students are the institution called Higher Education. Along with higher education comes the responsibility of being an aware citizen. I would like to discuss with any student, any ideas or comments that he should have for or against the Daner Please feel free to contact me or any other steff memter. I hope that you wUl exercise your right to voice your opinion. We would like to have a paper that will be out standing not only now but in the future. With your help we hope to make it so. Please support your paper. It will be worth your while. Frances Williamson-Editor Campus Champs It is a pleasure for the Ram’s Horn to an nounce this months ‘CAMPUS CHAMPS.
