Foirned in 1981, THE SHADY GROVE BAND’S accomplishments are numerous:
three European tours, performances with national acts, a first LP album, and tours of
clubs and colleges all over the East coast. The Shady,Grove Band plays and writes
bluegrass music, rooted in tradition, but with vocal harmonies and arrangements all their
own. Their show will feature some Swing selections, an occasional Irish mumber and an
abundance of humor.
