An rds presentation will follow ch. s The Pendulum Page 3 Mail fraud case cracked By John Hoyle Emphasis Editor According to Buck Bayliff, director of auxiliary services, U.S. Postal Inspectors said last Wednesday that an Elon College student who was working with the college mail services had been stealing mail. The postal inspectors, who work for the U.S. Federal Government, were called in by Elon College Postmaster Earl Vickers. Their investigsation lasted three weeks.
