PICTURE SOUNDTRACK MUSiC COMPOSED & CONDUCTED BY JOHN WILLIAMS Actor Macauley Culkin The album cover of the sound track to the first Home Alone movie featuring Kevin, the main character and the two robbers after him. Two unlucky Jennifer Hudson The Pendulum Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, instantly climbed to the number one spot on the top ten movie list on Entertainment Tonight. What is it that makes Home Alone movies so irresistible? Could it be the innocent wide-eyed ten-year-old who is underestimated by everyone, even his own mother? She was convinced he wouldn’t know how to use a credit card but he made pretty good use of it. While his family was all cramped into a cheap motel in Miami, Kevin was living it up in one of New York's most luxurious hotels. As Home Alone lovers rush to see the new movie, they find a repeat from last year. Besides the fact that Kevin is lost again, he's chased by the same goons who unsuccessfully tried to rob his home last year. Recently escaped from prison, the crooks set out to rob a toy store and Kevin becomes the little hero again. There the similarity ends. Kevin learns new lessons in life and helps a poor pigeon woman find her self-esteem. What began as a mistake on Kevin's behalf turns out to be a benefit for him and his whole family. Home Alone 2 is relaxing and the kind of movie that will bring in the Christmas spirit. You won't leave the theater before laughing at the traps and tricks he sets up for the two crooks. If you liked the first Home Alone you're guaranteed to like the second one.
