The James H. McEwen, Jr. Visual Arts Series. Elon’s photography instruc
tor exhibits "The Working Spirit", a selection of photographs declaring the
diginity and strength of the common worker. Inspiration for the project
came from 10 years of working in factories alongside people who defied
cultural sterotypes of blue collar worker. On exhibit until February 14.
On display in the Isabella Cannon Room watercolors by Adele Wayman. In
the Godwin Suite and Gallery area of the Fine Arts Building sculpture by
Tom Severa. A large sculpture by Jim Gallucci has been erected near the lake.
