March 10,1994 ^ Rape From Page 4 “I haven’t heard any complaints from Officer Woznick or any other officer about our decisions about rape cases and prosecutions,” Balog said. “The impression I have is that they have agreed with our ^analysis...that there are sufficient Problems that a particular case '^ot be prosecuted.” “I don’t have to have a case that I am guaranteed to win,” Balog said. “I don’t have to have a case where I am guaranteed to Set a conviction.
