Why are you running for this position? “I have the
students’ true issues at heart. I value SGA’s ability to have a
positive impact on students’ lives at Elon. I care about the
Elon students and I will be a voice for all student rights.”

Why are you running for this position?: “My reason
for seeking the position of SGA Executive Treasurer is to
provide the students of Elon College with an experienced and
dedicated leader in the handling of SGA’s financial affairs. I
have served with many organizations as treasurer and I am
entering my second term as financial coordinator of the
Adventures in Leadership program. As a pro-active senator
on this year’s SGA, I have fought for the interests of all
students in making the SGA more responsible to the student
body. My plan is, with your support, to do the same with the
duties and responsibilities invested in me as the next SGA
Executive Treasurer.”

Why are you running for this position?: “I’m run
ning for SGA president because I want to help represent the
voice of Elon students. I enjoy helping people and brain
storming ideas. I want to help improve Elon and make it a
better college, not only for myself, but for students to come.
I want students to realize the power that they have at Elon and
I’d like to do that through SGA.”

Why are you running for this position?: “I think this
is one of the most important jobs in SGA, short of that of the
president. I think the person who is elected for treasurer needs
to have an eye for the future. We need to get more money to
bring some big names to the campus. We need to understand
that we can’t be spending wastefully just because we have the
money. If I get elected, I want to learn what has been done
right and I want to continue the good things that have been
done.”
