The Variety Show allows the Elon campus community the opportunity to show their talent. Elon Swim Club— Con gratulations to the Fighting Fish for a fantastic meet versus ECU on Saturday. Habitat For Humanity— Habitat’s Wednesday meeting will be in Moseley Center, room 215 at 5 p.m. Thanks to all who worked Faculty Work Day and for building on Saturday with Dr. Lambert, it was a lot of fun! Kappa Alpha Order— Looking forward to good Home coming and seeing some of our alumni. Good luck to our Home coming King nominees Kent Wyatt and James Rippa on their pursuit of Mr. Elon and to our sweetheart Angela Latimer for Homecoming Queen. Kappa Sigma— Over the past two weekends we have raised over $ 1000 to donate to our philan thropy. The money raised at these toll roads will benefit breast cancer research. Thanks to all who at tended! Lambda Chi Alpha— We would like thank all the organiza tions for participating in the Third Annual PumpkinFest. Congratula tions to Tri-Sigma for winning the events this year. We raised over 1400 pounds of canned food and $50 in cash. Our annual canned food drive will start Nov. 1. If you want to donate food, please drop it off at our house in the Loy Center. Liberal Arts Forum— The Liberal Arts Forum presents Ben jamin Jacobs, a Holocaust survivor retelling an account of his experi ence in concentration campus from his best-selling book, “The Dentist of Auschwitz,” Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in Whitley Audito rium. Panhellenic Council— Is your organization ready for Y2K?^ PHC is getting there. We are cur rently in the process of writing a new constitution and bylaws. What might this include? Not only a new election process for delegates and Exec. Board members, but also added cabinet positions like PR, Special Events (including Greek Week), Academic Affairs, plus much more. Phi Mu— Welcome back ev eryone from Fall Break. Thanks you to all sisters who participated in faculty/staff babysitting. Seniors can pay $5 to get books mailed home at this time. Sierra Club—Sierra Club meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Commuter Lounge. Sigma Chi— Thanks to all Brothers’who came out to the road side collection. We raised over $5(X) for Children’s Miracle Network. Thanks Z52 for a great mixer. Sigma Kappa— Thanks to all sisters who participated in the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk on Saturday. We raised over $600 for our philanthropy!
