6:30-7:30 p.m. Parent session - McCrary theaters (last names A-L)
7-8:30 p.m. Residence Life Time: Livin’ @ Elon; meet with head resident
and advisers
7:45-8:45 p.m. Parent sesssions - McCrary Theater (last names M-Z)
8:30 p.m. “Catch the Fire’ opening night activity in residence hall areas
Saturday - Convocatation
9-10 a.m. New student convocation (Under the Oaks)
10-11:30 a.m. Students meet with academic advisers*
10-11:30 a.m. Transfer student meeting (for transfer students not enrolled
in Elon 101 - Yeager Recital Hall (Center for the Arts)
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Students meet in orientation groups*
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Parents meet with academic adviser*
ll:30a.m.-12:30 p.m. Transfer parents meet (Yeager Recital Hall) (Center

12:30-2 p.m. Farewell lunch; campus picnic (Lake Mary Nell)
1:30-2:30 p.m. Freshmen only registration (for students who haven’t
completed the registration process)
2:30-3:30 p.m. “Let’s Get It On!” - A presentation on social issues
