the speeding ticket reports they received
last month.

“I don’t even think I was
going as fast as marked, but
he was rude the entire way,
almost to the point of being
out of line. And I had never
had a ticket/accident or any
violation before,” Sjogren
said. “I hope no other person
has had an experience like
mine.”
