Greek Houses Five new houses are constructed in Ley Center to provide housing and meeting spaces for sororities and fraternities. Four of the five houses will hold 10 to 13 people and include two single bedrooms. Station at Mill Point Housing The Station at Mill Point, located at Fire Station Fields, will serve as a new residential community at Elon University, specifically designated for upperclassman. The facility will contain 25 buildings and house up to 324 students. A building will have either two four-person apartments- or four four-bedroom apartments. All apartments will, come furnished and include a kitchen, a dining area, p living space, a washer and a dryer. Colonnades CDE and Geothermal system Colonnades CDE will be constructed behind Koury Business Center. The new facility will contain single rooms as well as four-person suites, common rooms, common kitchens and study rooms. Colonnades CDE will collectively house 300 students. These houses, in addition to the Colonnades Dining Hall, will have solar panels in hopes of reducing carbon dioxide emission and the demand for gas and electricity. The heating and cooling system will be tested May. ^ ^ :"yj mM M fi il il Francis Center The newly named Gerald L. Francis Center, located on East Haggard Avenue, will undergo renovations in order to adequately house the School of Health Sciences, which contains the Doctoral of Physical Therapy and Physicians Assistant program.
