Sawyer has thought about; a Basketball Homecoming with an exciting home game, a large casual dance with a big-name combo, and other specially planned activities. Also thoughts for the May Day con- : cert entertainment are the Pour Preps, The Four Freshmen, The Roof Top singers. One of the best contemplations of President Sawyer is the recon struction, of- the Oollege Pond, where couples or anyone would be able to eiijoy spring Sunday afternoon walks or picnics, and where dances can be held or outdoor concerts performed,. At the request of President Sawyer, Judy Sullivan has been corresponding to all our conference colleges asking them to send pennants that will be placed on the Union walls. This long overlooked problem is being vjorked on by S.G.A. and Mr. Butler. Mr, Sawyer wants to remind all the students of the important S.G.A. assembly on December, 16, the last Monday before Christmas vacation. PXans concerning a new library building are already formulating in that John Nicks is recording the "Last Lecture Series" to have on file there. Trad ition will be made by these files. ■ Another file is being planned, one for,blood.
