Tomorrow you will vote in the primary elections in order to choose the
final candidates for the offices of President of the Student Body and of
Secretary of the Student Body, On Friday , you will elect your officers
for the top SGA positions for next ygar. This is an important time when you
must carefully consider the quallflcjatlons and the interest'of each of the
candidates who seek office,for it is YOU who will decide which of those
candidates will serve your Student Grovernment Association next year.
Because it is Important that you know as much as possible about each of
the candidates for the main offices, the staff of THE CAMPUS’ CRIER presents
to you this campaign issue. In.this issue, we are including six questions
which were asked of each c^dldate for a main office. (Their answers appear
as they were said and have NOT been edited or re-written in ANY way.
The questions, which concern SGA and the qualifications of the-candi
date, were written by the editor, Carol Trageser, and were asked'of the.

The office of President of the Student Body is the most important
position in SGAV As stated In the Elon Handbook, the SGA Constitution says

Section 2» The President of the Student Body shall have power:
