PAGE 8 KAYNE COLLEGE September 8, 1969 THE BUSINESS CLUB Hugh Thomas, President Charles Wheeler, Vice President Jackie Flanigan, Secretary James Woodley, Treasurer The Business Club was organized during the spring quarter of 1969 to rsiirvMnt the Wsiness department in school rUikted activities such as intra murals, to help business students learn more about the business world of today, and to help Wayne Community College through various projects. Those eligible for membership are business students who maintain at least a C average and have at least three quarters remaining at W.C.C. Membership is through application. Plans for the *69-'70 school year in clude a trip to the Research Triangle and other places which would provide valuable experience to business students, a class room clean-up, and social events. ERWIN (Cent. pg. 1) We op»3rato on what is known as the "Open Door" policy which means that we accept you as a student by virtue of your passing through our front door. It further means that all of the doors of the faculty and staffr are always open to you so that you will always have the opportunity to discuss any of your problems with any member of the professional staff. If at any time you are experiencing difficulty and frustration, please take advantage of this policy and discuss your problem with any of us at the college. We like to develop a close and cooperative relation ship between every member of our Wayne Community College family. We like to be able to give individual attention to our students. During the fall quarter, we anticipate that we will be crowded in our classroom space. We ask your indulgence until we can complete our new classroom buildings and have better facilities In which you carry on your Instructional program. We solicit your cooperation and ask that you give us the opportunity to help you carry on your Instructional program.
