WCC graduation exercies will be
held on Saturday morning, June
8, at 10:30 at Wilkes Central
gymnatorium.
Fraternity
All students interested in
forming a chapter of Phi Rho
Pi, a national Debating Fra
ternity, please see Mr. Mayes
as soon as possible.

Constitution
To Be Ratified
A committee of nine students
was formed by the sophomore
class president for the purpose
of finishing the constitution. The
first meetingwas set for Wednes
day, the 3rd of April, the next
day was set for April 5th.
The constitution will be fin
ished by May, at which time the
student body will vote on it. Also
at this time elections will be held
for the Student Government offi
cers, sophomore class officers
and newspaper editor.
Friday, April 5th, the Turks played for a dance at the Wilkes
"Y ” dance was sponsored by Jim Harris and Thornton Long
of Wilkes Community College. The dance was not limited to
college students. The majority of the attendants were from the
local high schools.
Jim and Thornton donated the profit to WCC. This is an
unselfish act and a fine gesture-
