We have received some nice compliments from those people, bless their hearts, who believe in encouragement. At the pres ent time, however, we feel that we are not ready for serious criticism. The orchestra is presently en gaged in a series of children’s concerts in which all the ele-‘ mentry schools in Wilkes, as well as some in Ashe and Alle ghany, county will be visited. We are very excited at having the opportunity to bring enjoy ment to a lot of kids who have never heard orchestral music before. Who knows what po tential musical great might be in the audience?
