were held Wednesday, April 24
with a record voter turnout.
Brent Holloway, SGA president
stated that he was very well
pleased with the student re
sponse and feels that this is an
indication of increased student
spirit. Brent said, “I was pleas
ed with the results of the elec
tion. I am sure the new offi
cers will serve our school and
community admirably.” The

held in front of Hayes Hall at
6:00 p.m. on the evening of
May 24.
A total of 246 degrees will
be given to 244 students. (Two
persons will be awarded de
grees in two different pro
grams.) As this issue went to
