^ WCC Commencement Marshals ^
Fifteen students have been choscn to be Commencement Marshals during the graduation ceremonies. The 1996 Commencement Marshals are:
Heather Dawn Campbell, of Warrensville, is the
daughter of Warren and Pat Campbell. She graduated
from Northwest Ashe School in 1995 and is
studying Business Administration.
Craig Shelton lives in Traphill. He is the son of Dewey
and Mary Shelton. He is a 1995 graduate of East Wilkes
High School and is studying Electronics Engineering
Technology.
Jerry Dear! Carpenter lives in Jefferson. He is the son
of Dallas Carpenter, Lansing, and Betty Shephard,
Taylorsville. He is married to Cindy Carpenter. He
graduated from Northwest Ashe High School in 1995
and is studying Automotive Technology.
Jason S. Goodin, of Statesville, is the son of Larry and
Martha Goodin. He is a 1995 graduate of North Iredell
High School and is studying Diesel and Equipment
Technology.

Susan Mitchell Sills, lives in Taylorsville with her
husband, Robert Sills. She is the daughter of Jack and
Christine Mitchell. She completed her high school
education at Catawba Valley Community College in
1993. Her programs of study are Foodservice Specialist,
Foodservice Management, and Hotel-Restaurant
Management.
Tracy Taylor, of Laurel Springs, is the son of Jimmy and
Amanda Miller. He graduated from Alleghany High
School in 1995 and is studying Automotive Technology.
Lisa Salmon Hicks lives in Hays. She is married to
Ricky Lee Hicks. She is the daughter of Bobby and Linda
Salmon of North Wilkesboro. She graduated from North
Wilkes High School in 1993 and is studying Micro
computer Systems Technology.
Edward Lee Walker lives in Wilkesboro with his wife,
Crystal Walker. He is the son of Troy Walker, Moravian
Falls, and Betsy Walker, Hickory. He graduated from
Wilkes Central High School in 1992 and is in the
College Transfer program.

Matthew David Higgins, of North Wilkesboro, is the
son of David and Vickie Higgins. He is a 1994 graduate of
North Wilkes High School and is studying Building
Construction Technology.
Misty D. Williams, of North Wilkesboro, is the daugh-
K ter of Danny and Margie Williams. She graduated from
North Wilkes High School in 1995 and is studying for a
Melissa Hope Roberson, of Millers Creek, is the
daughter of Debbie Roberson. She graduated from West
Wilkes High School in 1995andisstudyingAccounting
Technology.
Brooke Caudle Windsor, of Wilkesboro, is the
daughter of Steve and Debbi Windsor. She is a 1995
graduate of West Wilkes High School and is studying
Accounting Technology.

Kathleen C. Robinson lives in Hiddenite with her
husband, Ronald L Robinson. She is the daughter of Jean
Williamson of West Jefferson. She graduated from
Catonsville Senior High School in 1984 and is studying
Medical Assisting Technology.
Joseph W. Ziegler of Wilkesboro, will serve as Chief
Marshal during this year’s ceremony. He is the son of
William and Joyce Ziegler of Waukesha, WI. He
graduated from Waukesha High School in 1982 and is
studying Accounting Technology.
Jessica L. Russ, of Vilas, is the daughter of Dr. Sandra
Anderson. She graduated from Watauga High School in
1988. She is in the Criminal Justice program studying
Protective Services Technology.
