Author and Minister Included In List of Dignitaries on Campus. Important men ranging from a fa mous electrical engineer through a head master emeritus to a mastodon excavator have visited 1 nil ford's cam pus during the last few days. Heading the list is Ohio born Charles Edward Skinner, former manager of research and assistant director of en gineering at the Westinghousc Elec tric and Manufacturing Company. Hack visiting Guilford after a number of year's absence, Mr. Skinner spoke in chapel Wednesday, April 12 on the "Human Side of Scientists." Infor mally drawing from personal experi ence, he rambled through a forty-live minute backward glance at some of his great contemporaries. Mr. Skinner is a relative of Mrs. Milner and was a house guest of President and Mrs. Milner during his visit at Guilford. l>r. Kobbins Wolcott Barstow, presi dent of Hartford Theological Seminary Foundation and member of llie execu tive committee of American Associa tion of Theological Schools, spoke at the New Harden cot lug April l>. lie also addressed Guilford students dur ing chapel April 17.
