All male students are eligible
(sorry girls) and are urged to

contestants will be run in The
Guilfordian until our winner is
announced. On Homecoming Day
all students except Ihe winner
will be requested to shave off
their moustaches. The moustache

Moustache at the Homecoming
Dance where he will be the only

Ihe basis of • ize, uniqueness, ap

GUILFORD COLLEGE, FRIDAY, MAY 18, 1956
be excluded from competition.
Moustache wax will be available
in the Student Union ouilding.
Any profit made by the sale of
the wax 'will be used toward Ihe
purchase of the prize.
It is the hope of The Guilfordian
that the success of the contest will
be such thai it will inaugurate an
annual contest. Here is an op
portunity for the student body to
get behind the kind of contest that
puts punch into the school year.
Think of the glory in having a
moustache longer than your room
mates, and better yet, your class
mates. It will be a simple matter
to recognize a friend while in
Greensboro. The time, saved just
by having so much less to shave
will be enough to kiss your girl
good-night so many more times.
Let's all get behind a moustache
and give the contest our whole
hearted support,
