of interest to almost everyone
connected with the college.
The committee in charge of the
whole affair was appointed by

Bloom president of the literary
Society. The Committee has done

petitions came in up to a few
days ago.
This issue of the Guttfordian
is devoted almost soley to elec
tions and to the candidates who
are running for each position.
Its purpose is to give each stu
dent who will cast his vote to
morrow an opportunity to know
the candidates a little better. It
is possible that there were some
additional petitions for candi
dates turned it to the Elections
Committee after this issue had
gone to press. However, the big
gest number of candidates for
office are presented here.
When the final results are an
nounced, barring ties and run
offs, some very happy students
will go home for spring vacation.
There will some unhappy ones,
also. But there are inevitably
two sides to every election.
