Old Proposal India Work Trip ($6,000.00): A group of Bonner scholars will teach English, math, computers, and help to build a library. They have decided to address the impacts of service in different coimtries and learn how to do ser vice better. Approved New Proposal Soy un Lider over budget ($704.20): They had 250 ap plicants and accepted 100 students who all came and got information about applpng to college. The organiz ers had to pay for a bus so that students could come. Kent Chabotar agreed to help fund this. President Kent Chabotar and Jeff Favolise, assistant to the president for planning and management, visited Senate, and will return to continue the discussion next Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Boren Loimge in Foimders Hall. New proposals are given at least one week after first being introduced to allow time for community input. All new pro posals will be continued the following week.
