INTERESTING ORIGIN OF CIIRIS TM AS C EI ,E B R AT IO N (Continued From Page One) the putz and “Christmas cakes,” are a part of Salem’s Christmas. Some of the white ones will have been made by the veteran “star-maker,” a genuine artist, now in his nineties, living in a house that looks as if it had been taken from the front of a lovely Christmas card.
