Reynolds Chaplain (Continued from page three) He is really a pastor on the job. His pastoral care consists of visita tion on the job, counseling, listen ing rather than preaching, helping rather than judging. Rev. Peace explained what is implied in the word counsel as it applies to his job. It is fundamentally dealing with human beings as individuals. There is no aggression on his part; he counsels those who voluntarily come to him. Strict confidence of all that is told him is inherent in the program. The whole purpose is “to lead people into the right relationship with themselves, with other people and with God.” WINSTON-SALEM Optical Co.
