Fishel'Rights Wedding Held,;
Couple To Live In Bethlehem
Elynor Jean Fishel, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Coman Marvin Fishel
of Winston-Salem, became the
bride of Burton Jones Rights, son
of D’r. and Mrs. Douglas Rights,
also of this_ city, on Dec. 27. The
ceremony was at S :30 p.m. at Green
Street Methodist Church.
Dr, Rights, assisted by the Rev.
Horace . Bolick, performed the
double ring ceremony. Mrs. A. W.
Cornwall, organist, and Miss Ann
Evans, soloist, presented wedding
music,
Marilyn Fishel was her sister’s
maid-of-honor. . She wore a blue
velvet and net gown and carried
white flowers.
Anna Katherine Dobson and
Barbara Hine, students, were
bridesmaids. Their gowns were of
American beauty red and similar to
that of the honor attendant.
Elynor is a graduate of Reynolds
High School. She attended Wo
man’s College in Greensboro and
is now a junior at Salem.
The bridegroom is a graduate of
Gray High School, the University
of North Carolina, and is now a
seminary student at Moravian
Theological Seminary in Bethle
hem, Pa.
After Feb. 1 the couple will be
at home in Bethlehem where Ely
nor will continue her studies at
Moravian College for Women.

Nancy Ann Ramsey To Wed
Cal Reynolds; Plans Not Made
The engagement of Nancy Ann Ramsey to W, Calvin Reynolds has
been announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Lowe, Revere
Road, Winston-Salem. 'Calvin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Rey
nolds, also of Winston-Salem.
Definite plans for the wedding have not been made.
Nancy Ann is a senior day student and is majoring in Spanish. She
is a member of the Pierrettes and
the F. T. A.
Calvin is a graduate of Brown
University and is at the present
employed in the personnel depart
ment of Western Electric here in
Winston-Salem.
