THE SALEMITE Page Three iBarnes-Robison To Wed Mrs. Lawson Paul Barnes of Bennettsville,i S. C. has announced the engagement of her daughter, Martha Anne, to John Henry Robi son, Jr. of Salisbury. John is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Robison-of Salisbury. The wedding will take place in October at the First Presbyterian Church of Bennettsville. Rooney will have eight atten dants, three of which are Salem girls. They are; Margaret Blake- ney, Barbara Kuss, and Florence Swindell. Rooney is a sophomore history major, and while at Salem, she has been active as a member of the Pierrettes and of the business staff of the Salemite. John went to Carolina, where he was a member of the K. A, frater nity. He graduated in 1952 and is now in the army at Fort Sill, Okla. Campus Shots Ann and Joy going to W. & L. again'. J .
