English etiquette prevailed as Lynn promptly received a note of regret on behalf of the Prince and Lady explaining that they had previously arranged plans for the weekend. NCSA Performance “Philadelphia, Here I Come!” by Brian Friel begins tonight at the Agnes de Mille Theatre at the North Carolina School of the Arts. The per formance begins at 8:15 p.m. Other performances will be held Oct. 31, Nov. 1, and Nov. 3-7. There will be a 2 p.m. Sunday matinee on Nov. 1. “A fine new play, a funny play, an affecting play,” says the New York Herald Tribune. Lecture Assembly Dr. Callahan of Hasting’s Center spoke Oct. 29 on “Women and the Biological Revolution.” The next lecture for the fall series will be by Dr. Ersoff, on Nov. 12. Chapel Services Doug Fox and Clark Thompson will coordinate Wednesday chapel services. The services will be held each Wednesday at 12:30 in the Little Chapel. The chapel is located next door to the comptroller’s office. Job Hunting A seminar for learning the necessary steps toward finding a job after graduation and beyond is being held today at 3 p.m. in Lehman Hall. Junior Representative Karen Farmer is the junior class representative to the Library Committee. The appointment was made by Executive Board. Parents’ Weekend Parents’ Weekend is Nov. 6 through 8. A pig pickin’ will be held Saturday and a brunch will be held Sunday. Tickets will be on sale next week. Barry Manilow Holds Concert Barry Manilow will appear in concert at the Greensboro Coliseum tomorrow night. The following concerts will be held at the Coliseum this semester; Rod Stewart, Wednesday, Nov. 11; Teddy Pendergrass, Tuesday, Nov. 17; and Alabama, Saturday, Nov. 28. NMUN is open to all majors and offers committee assignments as diverse as international terrorism, world environmental issues and transnational cor porations. Delegates must familiarize themselves with the politics, culture and history of the nation their school represents. Approximately 1200 college students from the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico will participate in the simulated U.N. sessions April 6-11,1982. The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt, New York City. Dr. Jerry Pubantz, faculty advisor for the NMUN, is a member of the sponsor National Collegiate Association’s board of directors for 1981-82. Interested students are urged to participate.
