English Puzzle
The juniors and se
niors have been dia-
grarning or, in fact,
drav/lng sentences for
the first month of
school. Like our old
alarm clock a sentence
is easy to tear up but
hard to put together
again correctly. Dia
graming has driven mo
so batty that I start
ed to draw my Physics
test the other day.
Some students make
very systematic drav/-
ings resembling a map,
v;hile others make
theirs look like a
Chinese puzzle,. V/hen
one gets a sentence
diagramed wrongly, it
reads like ancient
Greek; that is, one
can't read it at all,
